It depends! Miniums vary by product. The minimum for Envisions™ customized Dinnerware is 300 pieces, while the minimum for Envisions™ customized Drinkware is 500 pieces. We do not ship or invoice partial cases, so each order must be rounded to the nearest full case quantity. Please view the page of the product you're interested in for specific minimum order information.
Money can't buy you love, and it can't buy you lower minimums. We do not offer less than the minimum quantities, even if you pay a fee.
The minimum order is per size, per design. Each size of product has a minimum order and you cannot combine sizes to meet the minimum.

It's real easy! Once you've selected the product, color and quantity, you can upload and attach your artwork. The artwork should be sized and positioned properly for the product you are ordering. If you're a designer or familiar with Adobe Illustrator (or other vector-based design program), we can email you the actual print template and you can create your product artwork that way. If you have any questions, please contact your WNA Sales Manager, or your Envisions™ Customer Care Representative.
All artwork must be submitted in a vector format. This is either an AI format (Adobe Illustrator), EPS format (Encapsulated Post Script), or an editable PDF file (not all PDFs are acceptable). If the art is not in a vector format, we my not be able to use it, and if we can, the quality of the print will be less than what you might expect.
Artwork fees depend on any changes that need to be made to the artwork design after we've proofed it. We offer two (2) changes to an art proof, then any additional changes will be billed at $60/hr. Each product line has its own requirements so please view individual product pages for details.
Sorry, no. We do not provide custom design services. You must have your design completed prior to submitting your artwork. In some cases we can make minor changes and adjustments to optimize for printing, but we cannot design your art from scratch. We might be able to offer assistance in converting formats of your artwork (i.e., from JPEG to Adobe). If you don't have a logo designed, we recommend contacting a local graphic designer.
All products can be printed in full process color. The printable area(s) vary by product, so please see the individual artwork templates for the correct printable areas.
No, you will not receive a physical sample of your product. However, you will receive an electronic proof of your artwork so you can see what the final product looks like on the actual print templates.. You will be required to sign and approve the electronic proof prior to production beginning. In the event that a pre-production sample is required before production, you may order one for $150.00. Lead Time for a pre-production sample is 3-5 business days from the day your order is received, and the electronic proof is approved.

We are currently unable to offer any warehousing for your custom printed products.
We will bill your WNA account at the time the order is confirmed and placed in production. Please call us if you have any questions about our payment policy.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, or you may apply for payment terms. Credit Cards cannot be processed online at this time, so please contact your Envisions™ Customer Care Representative for assistance. Business checks are accepted, but your order will not be processed until your check clears our bank.
Shipping is not included in the pricing (unless specifically stated). Shipping is dependant on the quantity of product ordered, and the final destination. Most Envisions orders will ship via FedEx, unless the total weight of the order is over 200 lbs. If the order is over 200 lbs., it will ship via LTL carrier. You may also provide a 3rd Party account number for billing.
Standard lead-time for all Envisions™ customized products is 15-20 business days (weekend and holidays do not count). Lead-time does not begin until the order, payment and approved artwork is received. Please view the product page of the product you're interested in for more details.
